This is not a course or a cohort. It is eight weeks of focused one to one work, building the actual systems your business will use, in the tools your business will use. Often that means Claude, though I’m never tied to one tool. I use whatever fits the job.
I started using these tools for myself and got more and more hooked as I saw how much something like Claude Code changed what I could get done. I began teaching other people how to use it, and that grew into coaching. AI is a technology no business can afford to sit out, so I want to help the owners and executives facing it adapt properly.
Everyone is talking about AI. Most businesses have tried it. And most have quietly concluded it does not work for them.
The truth is, AI does work. But generic tools and generic training produce generic results. The gap is rarely the technology. It is the way it gets brought into a business.
Latin for leader. It is the root of “educate”: to lead out. That is what I do. I lead business owners into a more practical way of working with AI, then leave them able to run it on their own.
